Bangladesh Special Economic Zone (BSEZ) is pleased to announce the successful completion of all major infrastructure development works in the Phase 2-A area, marking an important milestone in strengthening the zone’s investment readiness and long-term expansion strategy.

The completed infrastructure of approx. 40 hectares of land reflects BSEZ’s commitment to developing a fully integrated, investor-centric industrial environment. Key components of the Phase 2-A development include:

Road Infrastructure
All internal roads within Phase 2-A have been fully constructed, ensuring seamless connectivity, efficient logistics movement, and smooth access for construction, operational, and commercial activities.

Utility Services
Essential utility services; including internal distribution lines for water supply, electricity, gas, telecommunications, and drainage systems- have been successfully installed and are fully operational. These utilities provide a stable and reliable foundation to support diverse industrial and manufacturing operations.

Common Facilities
Complementary infrastructure such as footpaths, street lighting, and other essential common facilities has been completed, enhancing safety, accessibility, and overall functionality of the area.

The completion of Phase 2-A underscores BSEZ’s continued commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable, and investment-ready infrastructure aligned with international standards.
