Lide Bangladesh Textile Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shandong Hengli Textile Technology Co., Ltd., signed a Land Sublease Agreement with the Bangladesh Special Economic Zone (BSEZ) on 24 May 2026 to establish a state-of-the-art textile manufacturing facility within the zone.

The agreement marks another milestone in BSEZ’s continued efforts to attract high-value foreign direct investment and strengthen its position as a leading hub for export-oriented manufacturing in Bangladesh.

Under the agreement, the company will develop a manufacturing facility on approximately 50,955 square meters of land within BSEZ, with a planned initial investment of around USD 34.93 million. The project will introduce advanced textile production capabilities for the first time in Bangladesh, for international markets, utilizing modern technologies and efficient manufacturing systems.
